Independence Day Fabulous Nail Polish

Nail polish is typically one of the first things I notice about a girl. I think it says a lot about a person, if they choose to wear nail polish, if they don't, what colors they wear, neutrals, metallics, bright colors, dark colors; there are so many options! I'm pretty adventurous with my nail polish choices, I'll give anything a try. One thing I love to do is match my nails to whatever special occasion is going on at the moment. This weekend is 4th of July weekend and that means shades of red, white and blue, maybe add some gold and silver in there too. 

Last year I went all out with patriotic nail polish with three red nails, a silver nail and a nail with white and blue stripes. It was pretty fabulous if I say so myself. A group of friends and I got our nails done for a friends birthday and it happened to be right before the 4th of July. Last year I celebrated 4th of July in the capital of Paraguay, Asuncion with a large group of other Peace Corps volunteers. It can be weird to celebrate a holiday like that in another country but, we gave it our best shot
